Floyd Fisher (1943-2022)

Mr. Floyd Mack Fisher, 79, of Grand Saline, passed away March 23, 2022, in Tyler. He was born February 4, 1943, in Canton to Warren D. and Frances Loven Fisher. Floyd was a lifelong resident of Van Zandt County. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War on the USS Yorktown. He enjoyed welding, tractors, rebuilding farm equipment, and collecting “stuff” at auctions. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Randall Fisher and Carroll Fisher.

Survivors include his three daughters, Patricia Fleites and husband Ovie and Pamela Hall all of Orlando, Florida, and Mary Davidson of Alba; sister, Wanda Taylor of Grand Saline; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
