Edgewood Bulldogs Defeat Lady Indians 8-1 Saturday

GRAND SALINE—The Lady Indians lost a late season district matchup to Edgewood Saturday by a score of 8-1. Leading the tribe offensively was senior Addi Fisher who had a hit and one rbi. Sophomore Alyssa Lovette had a double, and junior Maddy Bolin had one run scored. In the circle for Grand Saline was senior Kinlee Rumfield who pitched all 6 innings striking out 5 and giving up 3 earned runs. The Lady Indians are 17-7 overall and 7-4 in district play.
